Move the sliders for brightness, contrast, saturation, color temperature and sepia, or start from a preset look — black & white, vivid, warm or cool — and fine-tune from there. Hold the compare button to see the original, press Reset to start over, then download as PNG or JPG.

Frequently asked questions

Is the original image changed?

No. Adjustments are applied to a copy and only the downloaded file is changed. Use “Hold to see original” to compare, or Reset to start over.

Does the preview match the saved file?

The preview uses a reduced copy so the sliders stay smooth, but the saved file is calculated from the full-size image with the same settings, so the look is the same.

Which format should I save as?

PNG keeps full quality and transparency. JPG makes smaller files for photos, and any transparent area becomes white.

What does each slider do?

Brightness lightens or darkens the image. Contrast widens or narrows the gap between lights and darks. Saturation sets how intense the colors are. Temperature shifts toward warm (orange) or cool (blue). Sepia adds a brown, vintage tone.

How can I fix a dark photo?

Raise brightness a little and add a touch of contrast. Avoid extreme values, which lose detail in the bright areas. Hold the compare button to check that it still looks natural.

How do I get a black and white photo?

Pick the black & white look, then adjust contrast to taste for a punchier result.
